Welcome Back Kings Point Midshipman!

As the first trimester of 2010-2011 Regimental year begins we welcome back all of our New England Midshipmen to campus. For the First Classmen this represents the first time that they have been together as a class since they were Plebes! This year will bring many new and exciting times for you as you prepare for license and celebrate your accomplishments. We welcome back all the 2011 "A" splits from their second sea year and wish them the best as they turn in those large Sea Projects. Ring Dance is on the Horizon --- Enjoy!!

For those 2013 and 2012 "B" Split Midshipmen we wish you fair winds and following seas that you may make the world your campus while learning the trade of seamanship from those experienced mariners that sail the seven seas.

Welcome Back and Best wishes for a successful and studious year at Kings Point!

Congratulations - Class of 2014

Congratulations to all our newest New England Candidates on your completion of your Indoctrination into life as a Kings Pointer! We are proud of all of you.

Next week classes will begin and an new chapter of your life will begin. Make sure that you keep up on your studies because unlike other colleges that your friends attend you only have 12 weeks to complete what they take 18 weeks to. That 6 weeks means that you will have to be more regimented in your study habits and that you will have to study more each night and retain more information. Even though it may seem hard now.... when you are traveling the seven seas learning hands on about your career you will appreciate the care and attention that you paid in those courses. Keep up the Good Work and carry on!!
